Terry Fox Run in New York

Once again Stikeman Elliott New York organized and participated in the annual Terry Fox Run for Cancer Research in New York. Ken Ottenbreit, the office's managing principal, founded the New York run in 1994 and is the run director. Stikeman Elliott New York lawyers, staff and their families participated in the run and served as key volunteers.

An estimated 3,000 participants walked, strolled, ran, jogged, skated, and wheeled in New York's Central Park on Saturday, October 17. Since the run's inception, more than $2.5 million has been raised for cancer research at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York in the name of Terry Fox.
