We represent Concord Pacific in the on-going development of the Expo 86 lands, and we fill similar mandates for Build Toronto, Waterfront Toronto, Canada Lands Company, Aquilini Group, Hines, the University of Calgary's West Campus Development Trust, and Oxford Properties, among others.

  • Stikeman Elliott has significant experience representing foreign clients on major cross-border projects. We act for ITC Holdings Corp. on the proposed first merchant transmission line into Ontario and the first connection between the Ontario IESO and the US northeast PJM markets.

  • Stikeman Elliott has served clients on many of Canada's ground-breaking PPP and infrastructure projects, including:

    • The Northwest Anthony Henday Drive highway project in Alberta

    • Autoroute-25 - Quebec's first public-private partnership

    • 407 East Extension - the first tolled highway public-private partnership in Ontario

    • Royal Canadian Mounted Police E-Division headquarters - the first public-private partnership ever undertaken by the Government of Canada (as lenders' counsel)
