Bob Homersham joins Stikeman Elliott's Calgary Real Estate team

FEBRUARY 2017 - Stikeman Elliott is pleased to welcome Bob Homersham as senior counsel in our Calgary Real Estate Group.

Bob's practice includes commercial real estate and banking law with a particular emphasis on land use planning and development. His practice includes acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, construction financing, infrastructure financing, condominium and hotel development and structuring shared ownership arrangements. He has appeared numerous times before municipal councils and administrations, subdivision and development appeal boards and the Court of Appeal to advocate on behalf of developer clients. Bob is very involved in industry group advocacy before all levels of government, and is a board member and past Chair of the Government Affairs Committee of NAIOP, as well as a board member of BILD - Calgary Region (formerly CHBA/UDI).
