Electronic File Management

Stikeman Elliott lawyers and clients enjoy the option of using our secure extranets to efficiently collaborate online with full access to documents, correspondence and discussion threads. Our implementation of Hummingbird's CollaborationT software is essential to providing electronic file management to our clients, as it is protected with the highest degree of information security measures.

We provide interested clients with electronic case management for public matters. In our work with Air Canada in its restructuring, for example, we facilitated shareholder, media and public access to our client's public court documents by making public-interest materials available on an extranet, with direct access from our website. As well, our superior electronic billing system and other innovative client services have been developed through our close work and collaboration with interested clients.
