Law Practice
Andrew Bozzato is an associate in the Corporate Group of Stikeman Elliott's Toronto office. His practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate finance, corporate governance and general corporate and commercial law.
Andrew has acted for issuers and securities dealers in a wide range of corporate finance transactions. He has also acted as part of Stikeman Elliott teams representing issuers, private equity and venture capital funds, boards of directors and special committees in numerous public and private M&A transactions. Andrew regularly provides advice on cross-border securities offerings as well as corporate governance and securities regulatory compliance matters.

Professional Activities
Mr. Bozzato is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association. Mr. Bozzato is also a member of the Ontario Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division Continuing Legal Education Committee. As part of his work with the YLD CLE Committee, he co-chaired a CLE program entitled "Your First Acquisition Transaction" in April 2012.
