Stikeman Elliott acts on more than half of the 2018 Lexpert Top 10 Deals

Stikeman Elliott continues to prove it is a key legal advisor to clients in Lexpert’s Top 10 Deals of 2018. Acting on six deals in the Top 10, including having a role in the #1 deal, our firm is excited to work with our clients on some of the most significant deals of 2018. 

Stikeman Elliott’s legal teams were involved in the following Top 10 transactions:

  • Brookfield Infrastructure acquires Enercare Inc. (#2)
  • Essar Steel Algoma Inc. restructuring and sale of substantially all of its assets to Algoma Steel Inc. (#3)

  • Boat Rocker Media Inc., including for its acquisition of a majority stake in Insight Productions (#9)
