Stikeman Elliott recognized by Benchmark Litigation at the 2020 Benchmark Canada Awards

The firm was honoured with two awards at the virtual gala:

Québec Litigator of the Year Award: Éric Mongeau, Head of the Montréal office's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group

National Impact Case of the Year Award:

  • 9354-9186 Québec inc. v. Callidus Capital Corp.: Ernst & Young Inc. in its capacity as court-appointed monitor of Bluberi Gaming Technologies Inc. in proceedings under the CCAA in Canada and Chapter 15 in the United States-Quebec Counsel to RCR International Inc. in the context of its liquidation under the CCAA with recognition proceedings under Chapter 15 of the US Bankruptcy Code.
